Relevant Product: Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
You have installed the Exclaimer Cloud Outlook Add-in, and you see the following message displayed on the signatures pane:
This issue is caused by third-party cookies blocking Settings in Chrome.
To resolve this issue:
- Open Chrome and select Settings.
- To locate the third party option, in the Search box, type 'third' then press [Enter].
- Select the Cookies and other site data option.
- Check if the Block third-party cookies option is selected or not. If it is selected, then unselect the option.
- If this option is selected, the third-party script cookies are disallowed, and access to localStorage may result in SecurityError exceptions.
