You have created a signature template with spaces in the design using empty text boxes and return keys. However, there are no spaces when you view the signature in Outlook.
This is a signature template that shows your signature with extra spaces:
And this is when you view your signature in Outlook – you notice that the extra spaces have been removed:
By default, Outlook removes the empty text spaces as it recognizes them as extra line breaks and saves space in the email.
In most cases, there will be a message displayed at the top of the email to say that the extra line spaces have been removed.
To resolve this issue, we recommend using Padding to create the extra space you want in the signature - this is universally read by all mail clients and devices.
