When you log in to the Exclaimer portal, you notice that instead of the Launch button, the Contact Owner message is displayed - this prevents you from accessing the subscription.

To resolve this issue:
- You need to log in as the subscription owner - this means logging in using the email address used at the time of creating the subscription.
