Email Template Performance: This shows the top 5 most performing signature templates within the selected date range. It consists of the following fields: Name: Name of the signature template. Email Template: A snapshot of the signature template. Sends: Number of times the signature template has been applied. NOTE: This counts only depicts single sends, it does not count additionally if a person sends the email to more than one recipient or a distribution group. Clicks: Number of clicks made on this particular signature. % Engagement: Total number of emails (with signature links) sent that were clicked. It is calculated by (Clicks/Sends)*100=Engagement% To explain this in simple terms - if 100 emails having signature links were sent, and only half of the signature links were clicked by the recipients, then the engagement will be: (50/100)*100=50% engagement. In some cases where a single email is sent to a large distribution group or number of people, the signature engagement can be over 100%. |
