You are using Exclaimer Cloud, and you are creating an email signature. You would like to know how you can add, move and remove the signature elements within the Signature Designer.
You can easily add, move and delete signature elements - all you have to do is drag and drop.
The canvas is smart, and as you drag an element, the Signature Designer anticipates where you might drop it and makes the space accordingly.
Adding signature elements
To add an element to your signature, select it from the toolbox, drag it into your design, and drop it at the required location.
Moving signature elements
To move an element to a different position in your design, click the outer boundary of the element, drag it to the required point then drop it.
Removing signature elements
If you decide that an element is no longer required, drag it out of the design and drop it anywhere in the grey space - outside the gridded background.
Alternatively, you can select the element then from the right-hand side, Properties pane then click DELETE.
Selecting groups and fields
Some elements are, in fact, groups of individual fields. For example, when you add an Address Fields element, you add a series of fields grouped for convenience because they are commonly used together. In the Signature Designer, a red border indicates a group - select this border to work with all items in the group.
