If you want to add or change your email signature design, you'll work in the Signature Designer. The Signature Designer enables you to customize your email signatures to suit your organization's requirements.
The below screenshot outlines the Signature Designer layout in the new Exclaimer Cloud interface:
The table below describes the different options displayed on this screen:
|Click to edit the signature name.|
Toolbox: Includes all elements and Power Ups that can be added to the signature. These are organized into logical groups and, as required, can be expanded and collapsed.
The different signature elements available are Text & Fields, Social Media, Legal & Compliance, Tables, Images & Icons and Power Ups.
The different Power Ups available are Feedback and Meeting Booking.
To add an element or Power up into your signature, simply drag and drop it into the signature design (that is, the signature canvas area). When you drag and drop, the associated properties are displayed.
Signature canvas: The canvas is where your signature design takes shape.
- If you want to create a signature from an existing Exclaimer template or you want to make changes to an existing email signature, then the canvas will display the current design.
You can customize your signature design by adding or removing signature elements:

You can resize the preview pane. By default, the preview pane is set to half of the height of the Signature Designer; but you can drag the bar up and down to change the height ratio.
