The User Photo element enables you to upload user photos to Exclaimer Cloud so that they can be added to the signatures.
To add a photo to your email signature, simply drag and drop the User Photo element onto the signature/gridded background.
Once you have dropped the User Photo element onto your signature, you can customize it to suit your organization's requirements.
This page describes the steps on how you can:
Defining User Photo properties
To define how the photo will look in your email signature:
- All user photos that are uploaded into our system will be embedded in the message when the signature is applied.
- Multiple user photos cannot be uploaded at once.
- By default, the User Photo element is hidden in the signature for users who do not have an uploaded photo.
When you add or edit a photo, the properties are displayed on the right-hand pane.
