Description
Once you have created a folder, you can add signatures to it.
You can search for any existing signatures you want to add to the folder, create a new signature directly from within the folder or import a signature template.
How to access it?
You can access the Search Signatures option in any of the following ways:
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures then from the right-hand pane select the All Signatures tab.
You will see the Search Signatures box.
OR
- From the left-hand pane, click Signatures then from the right-hand pane select the All Signatures tab.
- Click Open against the folder you wish to add the signature to.
- The Signatures > [Folder Name] pane is displayed, with the Signatures tab selected.
- You will see the Search Signatures box.
Searching for a signature to add to the folder
To search for existing signatures to add to the folder:
- In the Search Signatures box, enter the name of the signature you want to search for and press [Enter].
A list of all relevant search results are displayed.
- Select the signature you want to add then click Add to Folder.
