Visibility properties
Visibility properties are used to determine the circumstances under which the selected field should/should not be displayed:
Always visible | By default, Always visible is selected. This means that the selected field will always be visible on the signature. |
---|---|
Auto-hiding separator | Select this option where multiple fields are defined on a single line (example: Address {Field} elements), separated by a character (such as a comma or a pipe); and you want to hide separators if no user data is present. |
Visible when | Select to define the conditions when the selected field needs to be visible on the signature. |

Border properties
Border properties are used to define borders for the selected field:
All | Select border properties from the options available then select All the same to ensure that all borders (left, right, top and bottom) within the signature have the same properties. By default, no border is applied and the border size is set to zero (0). |

Select All the same to ensure that the selected field has the same padding throughout. You can select the padding in pixels or points. By default, no padding is applied. |

Dimensions properties
Dimensions properties are used to define the size of the selected field:

---|---|
Height | By default, the height is set to auto. This means that the field will adjust its height depending on the size of the message viewer. If required, you can also enter the exact height for the selected field - in pixels or points. |
Render properties
