We’re excited to announce the release of our new User Interface (UI) - we took your suggestions on board and have completely revamped the look and feel of the Exclaimer Cloud user interface. The new modern, faster and responsive user interface allows you to quickly and easily create, edit and manage your email signatures.
We are rolling out the new user interface in phases and some of the functionality is not available yet. We'll keep you updated as and when we release more functionality.
This page highlights the general structure, different panes and how you can navigate through the new UI.
If you've joined in to experience the new Exclaimer Cloud UI then you will be welcomed by a simplified dashboard.
The main highlights on the screen are described below:

If at any point you want to switch back to the old UI then you can easily do it by clicking the link at the top left of the screen. |

Also, referred to as the right-hand pane. It is divided into different categories for easy navigation. Example: Everything related to signatures from creating, editing and managing is under Signatures. When you click Signatures, then all options related to signatures will be displayed on the left-hand pane. |

Allows you to select the required language you want the interface to display. The default language selected is based on your browser language. If required, you can always change the language from the drop-down. (Your chosen language is saved between sessions, but if you log in through a different device then you will need to select your required language again.) You can also view the terms and conditions, and privacy policy statement. |
The following functionalities are available for you to use:
Simplified dashboard
Manage who the signature applies to by defining the sender and recipient. You can set a specific date and time for when the signature is to be used and control which signature can be seen as you compose the email message, using our client-side feature and which signature will be automatically sent using the server-side feature.
