Description
Exclaimer Cloud offers you the most comprehensive library for signature templates. These templates are created by signature design experts and are designed using technology built by Exclaimer, allowing you to create high-end signatures.
If you are a new user and have opted to try out the Signature Designer for the first time, you are automatically directed to create a new signature.
If you want to create a new signature, you can either:
- Select a pre-defined template: you can customize any pre-defined template to suit your requirements, or
- Start with a blank canvas.
How to access it?
To access the Create Signature option:
- From the All Signatures tab, click CREATE SIGNATURE.
The Signature Designer screen is displayed with the Create New window open.
OR
- From the All Signatures tab, click CREATE FOLDER, then click CREATE SIGNATURE.

Creating a new signature from a pre-defined template
To create a new signature from a pre-defined template:
- The Create New window consists of all the pre-defined templates organized into categories.
- From the pre-defined list of templates, select the template you want.
The selected template is added to the canvas of the Signature Designer.
From the Signature Designer, you can create customized signatures to suit your organization's requirements.
Creating a signature with a blank canvas
To create a new signature with a blank canvas:

- From the Create New window, click CREATE BLANK SIGNATURE.
The Table Shape window is displayed.
When designing a signature layout, it is often useful to work within a table with columns and rows representing the required signature shape.
- If you want to base your signature on one of the pre-defined table layouts, then select the required table layout and click Yes.
If you don't want to base your signature on a pre-defined table layout and prefer to work without a table, then click No. You can add different signature elements directly onto the canvas rather than a table.
- The selected table layout is added to the canvas.
- Click
to edit the signature name.
- Click SAVE CHANGES to save the signature and make it available in the All Signatures tab else, click CANCEL CHANGES to cancel any changes made.
- From the Create New window, click CREATE BLANK SIGNATURE.
Next Steps: Once you have created a signature, you can now start designing your signature by dragging and dropping the various signature elements available and defining their properties to suit your organization's needs.
