Description
Today we’re excited to unveil the exciting future of Exclaimer. Our brand new website is live alongside a new look and feel for Exclaimer.
In addition, we have launched Exclaimer Signature Marketing Cloud, a new solution that will allow you to further exploit the marketing potential of your email signatures, unlocking further means to use email signatures as a digital communications channel.
You can upgrade to the Exclaimer Signature Marketing Cloud and gain access to new advanced scheduling options, the ability to rotate through promotional banners and innovative means to manage user information. Additionally, you will benefit from analytics dashboards to track the effectiveness of your email signature strategy, including insight into campaign performance. In a global first, this solution also allows you to quantify the monetary value of email signature campaigns using the new Exclaimer Signature Equivalent Advertising Value metric.
Alongside the Exclaimer Signature Marketing Cloud, we are launching two Power Ups, the Exclaimer Signature Appointments Power Up and the Exclaimer Signature Feedback Power Up.
The Exclaimer Signature Appointments Power Up allows you to drag and drop a meeting booking button into your designs. These buttons allow your recipients a convenient opportunity to schedule meetings, phone calls and demonstrations with your staff, accessing their real-time availability in the process.
The Exclaimer Signature Feedback Power Up makes it easy to add surveys to your email signatures and use them to gather real-time feedback. Including these 1-click surveys allows customer experience leaders to accurately measure CSAT and NPS with higher response rates than alternatives helping to achieve sales, support and customer retention objectives. Better yet, real-time email alerts make it easy to action every piece of feedback with an appropriate response to the benefit of the customer.

What's New?
Exclaimer Cloud - Send on Behalf
Affects
Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Microsoft 365
Users
All users
Description
You can now apply the signature of the individual you are sending on behalf of to your email messages - when signatures are applied using server-side. This is useful in situations where receptionists or admin staff are responsible for sending emails on behalf of others.
Previously, Exclaimer Cloud read and applied signatures based on the address in the Sender header; these messages always had the signature appended of the person actually sending the email.
Now, with the Send on Behalf option enabled, Exclaimer Cloud will look at the From header which contains the address of the user (or group/shared mailbox) for whom the email is being sent on behalf of. This results in the signature assigned to this mailbox being applied, generated using the user details for that mailbox.

Description
The Signature Senders and Signature Recipients now support the use of * wildcard. This feature can be useful in various scenarios, some of them are listed below:
- In large organizations where it is not convenient to enter hundreds of email addresses manually.
- In organizations with multiple brands and many domains. Example: Let's assume your organization is called 'Greenorg' and it has many domains, such as Greenorg.com, Greenorg.de, Greenorg.fr. You can now easily add a logo or signature for anyone with the email address Greenorg.*
- In organizations where you wish to use a specific signature for selected domains. Example: You may wish to use a specific German language signature for any email going to an email address ending in *.de

Exclaimer Cloud Editor role

Description
We have been working hard, behind the scenes, to refine the Admin and Editor roles in the new UI. This is to make it easier for you to navigate and it provides an important step towards self-service.
When working with Exclaimer Cloud, there are two types of users to consider:
-
Admin: These users can view and edit all folders and signatures; they can also add new folders and grant/remove folder access for editors.
-
Editor: These users cannot view/perform the configuration options and can only access signatures that are:
- in the root folder (assuming that the root folder is set for global access) and
- within folders to which they have been granted access.
Although all configuration sections, signatures and folders are displayed; but, if you are signed in as an Editor you will see a banner, at the top, with a message that some of the options are not available and can only be modified by an Exclaimer Cloud Administrator. For more information on permissions, please see the Difference between Editors and Admin?

You can, as a non-IT persona, explore Exclaimer Cloud and create your own email signatures.
You don't need to have any IT experience - just follow our built-in walkthrough guide to help you, step-by-step, create your very own email signature.
But, if you are unsure about the setup, you can invite an IT Admin to set this up for you.

Description
The Exclaimer Cloud Outlook Add-in feature is now available for you to use on Outlook Web, and it will be available for Outlook Desktop soon.
This feature enriches client-side signatures by adding signatures directly to an email in real-time without any additional installations.
You can select the most appropriate email signature whilst you compose your email on Outlook Web, from the list of all your signature templates. This means you can see all of the signature templates assigned to you via a drop-down menu, providing a more 'visual' experience when it comes to choosing which template is appropriate for which email conversation.
We have also made changes to the Exclaimer Cloud Signatures download page which now consists of three options: Outlook Web, Windows Desktop and macOS.
