Manage User Data, Manage Mail Flow, Outlook Signatures and Exchange On Premises sections are only available once you have successfully configured your Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Microsoft 365 subscription.
This section covers all the options to help you manage your mail flow setup.
- You need to be logged in as an Exclaimer Cloud Administrator to view the configuration options. If you are logged in as an Editor you will see a banner, at the top, with a message that some of the configuration options are not available and can only be modified by an Exclaimer Cloud Administrator. For more information on permissions, please see the Difference between Editors and Admin?
- You need to use your Microsoft 365 Global Administrator credentials to manage user data.
In this section, you can do the following:
Connect to Microsoft 365 to re-run the connector setup. You can change the group that controls which user emails get routed from Microsoft 365 to Exclaimer Cloud.
Sent Items Update to update emails in the user's sent items folder allowing them to see the signature on the sent emails.
- Send on Behalf to use the signature of the user (or group or shared mailbox) you are sending the email on behalf of.
